The objective for this kitchen was to update it with minimal changes and very little cost. By changing a few major aspects, we were able to bring this kitchen back to the 21st century.

With the use of Granite and Slate countertops, under cabinet lighting, pot lights to replace the florescent drop ceiling, Marble and Travertine backsplash, new brushed nickel hardware and fresh paint, the kitchen is now brought up to date.

The goal for this living room was to transform the outdated and bland space into a semi-formal setting. The elements of design used were:

- replacing the carpet with wood floors
- adding crown molding, ceiling medallion
- wall sconces
- new baseboards and trims
- new draperies and furniture
- warm home accents and framed art, mirrors.
- and an elegant corner curio cabinet for collectable items
